Love Eternal is based on Ouroboros, an ancient snake symbol symbolising the cycle of life, death amd rebirth.

Living by the rainforest offers many opportunities with snakes and pythons. I’ve been fortunate enough to come very close and appreciate their beauty (the pythons, more so, as they are gentle giants.). Serpents also represent transformation.
Whilst painting this piece, I was reflecting on the transformative power of love.

Painted on layers of beautiful acrylic on heavyweight paper. The piece is A3 sized and will look stunning framed with a white mat border and wood or white surrounding.
